45. The floods keep happening in our country due to the fact that people still throw the rubbish everywhere, including into the river or water sewage. This leads to thrash stuck in there. During the rainy season, the water from the rain can't flow into the river or sewage. Consequently, it is on the road and streets. This causes flood.
